About those gifts

There are a lot of Christian leaders out there who are manipulating everything from spiritual gifts tests to oracles from God to signs and wonders in their church services. There are those who are cessationists - who believe speaking in tongues and speaking prophecies are not active for today, and those who believe the gifts are still for today. Wherever you land on this continuum, whatever camp you fall into on this, you no doubt have noticed that there is a whole lot of trickery and downright fraud going on in the modern church. Later on we're going to talk about what you can look for to determine for yourself how to discern these things wisely, plus some resources on the New Apostolic Reformation, a movement where a lot of this funny business is spawning from.
